ALWAYS BLESS BLESSING

B: Blessings build things so bless the things you want to build and blossom. Be a living blessing to yourself and others. Bless as beautifully as you can with the most beautiful speech. Bestow blessings that are appropriate to the situations but do it in the highest most beautiful way.
L: Live to bestow blessings on yourself and others – make that your mission in life and do it 24/7. Leave no stone upturned and bless everyone and everything.
E: Encompass all of life in your blessings.
S: Speak with the highest blessings in mind when you speak.
S: Sacred moments occur when we bless – so feel the blessing as a holy moment and that blessings are raining down upon you. Self-blessings should be the starting point and is also the ending point after we bless others and things.

Y: You must sincerely and deeply bless if you want the blessings to have the greatest impact and effect.
O: Open up to blessings and be a beacon of bountiful, blissful blessings.
U: Unbelievable good belongs to those who make blessings their way of life.

THE IMPACT OF PEOPLE ON LIFE
Recently, an American presidential candidate emphasized why manual workers are important. Within two generations the grandchild or great-grandchild could become president. He was saying this to emphasize the value of manual workers and that we should always appreciate manual workers. Jesus (esteemed Prophet to Muslims and Messiah to Christians) was a humble carpenter and from him came the greatest wisdom although expressed simply.

I read a posting of a 16-year-old girl (circulated by her parents) lamenting about the treatment of Christians including how in Pakistan a government department had reserved janitorial jobs for Christians.

In principle it is wrong to reserve certain types of jobs and in Western countries – the job description would include – We are an Equal Opportunities Employer indicating that all types of people are welcome to apply. She felt it was disgusting to reserve janitor and cleaner jobs for Christians. When we don’t fully appreciate the worth of these occupations and the people who do them we miss the blessings that every job can give us, for ourselves and our families.

YOU ARE NOT YOUR JOB – YOU ARE YOUR HOLINESS
One of the most important messages of Jesus was that we all have value and when we recognize that in us and others we increase our awareness of life and that great awareness is a blessing. There is life beyond our jobs and that time should also be a time to reap the greatest blessings too.

BLESSINGS ARE THE LIFE OF LIFE
May you know how blessed you are. Seeing everything as a blessing becomes a blessing because if you don’t bless you are possibly cursing. What are you doing today – are you cursing or you blessing? Think about it.

OUR WORDS ARE POWERFUL
Our words have their greatest impact upon our lives and our attitudes bless or adversely infect others. This is why many cultures tell you – choose very carefully your friends and the positive thinkers will say – associate only with positive people.

If we want a better life then we must learn to speak words of blessings into the lives of ourselves and others. We have the power of blessings. We have to know that we have it and actually use it. You need to do it to protect yourself from your own curse and the curse of others (directly and generally). Limited thinking for example is a curse. When we truly believe in God we may be in a minority in this world. True Christians, True Muslims, True Hindus, True Jews are in the minority but God gave us a solution to everything – see everything as blessings.

PRAYERS ARE BLESSINGS
When we speak a positive prayer then that is a blessing too. A blessing is when we wish ourself and others well. I believe in God (Allah, Jehovah) and for me blessings come from God but they also come from myself because I believe in blessings. If you believe in God then you can ask God for blessings. May the Blessings of God rain the best of best upon you.

BUILDING UP WITH BLESSINGS
Blessings build things and situations, so when you truly bless you are adding substance to the world. Blessings get to the core of something – they get to the character that exists in people’s hearts and minds.

BE LIKE GOD
God  blessed everything he created. God looked at everything he had made, and he found it very good. You can do the same as God – look at the goodness in everything you do. Goodness is at the heart of blessing – see the goodness and be the goodness.  A blessing is about wishing, asking, requesting that good should happen, that benefits should materialize. A blessing is the calling forth of goodness into our lives and the lives of others and things. Remember even things have a lifespan. Things have a life too.

LET US APPRECIATE THE ELEMENTS OF A BLESSING
For those who believe in God, God is the source of goodness. We have to transfer the blessing so that somehow it is experienced by the receiver. For humans it is either hearing or reading the blessing. Think of a blessing as a bridge between heaven and earth. Feel it at the level of a sacred moment. If blessing a thing – use the sense of touch to connect with the thing or what you think the thing will become. Envision the goodness of the blessing too. Think in terms of enhancement, empowerment,  embodiment and enlightenment.

Pic caption: This is a picture of Jesus with all the children around him given to me by my mother when a small child. This is how I have seen Jesus all my life. This picture is above my computer on the living room wall and is a constant reminder of the love that we should express to all. May we all be blessed today – open up to your blessings – the most wonderful blessings that we all have access to.

May God bless you. Blessings.
