You are love
The first idea you should get into your lovely head is that you are love – because the center of you is love – your heart is love and your soul is love. In fact, there is an abundance of love there. What you have to do is sense it and feel it. You do this by concentrating on your heart.

Your heart is the front man to your soul – the outward manifestation. This is the area of the physical heart – and is the gateway, doorway and connection with your soul.

Your heart is the entrance point of your soul and also a well spring – think of it as an inlet and outlet. Think of it as a reservoir area. Fill this heart center with all of the soul’s love so that it is overflowing just as if it is a great waterfall.

Offer heart and soul love first to yourself so that peace and serenity can flow. Think of becoming lighter and purer as love flows more strongly through you. You can imagine your blood as flowing love too.
